Nodding my head 'yes!' throughout your article! I once took over a sales district for a manager who had quit for health reasons. I quickly understood why when I learned she'd made herself available to everyone everywhere 24/7. I turned my voicemail on with a message stating the times that I would return phone calls. People freaked, but they got used to it - they also began solving their own problems while they waited for me. Imagine that?! :-)
